St Peter’s Church
St Peter’s Church is a listed building (entry no. 1092390) that dates back to the late 1100’s, I’m not going to go into detail as there is already plenty written about the building. Below are links to some useful web pages about the Church.

Tithe
The Church is Plot 1 on the tithe map1 and highlighted yellow on the extract below.
The transcript below tells us the land of the Church & Churchyard was 0 acres, 2 roods & 34 perches (40 perches = 1 rood & 4 roods = 1 acre)
Images
Below are some images of the church inside & out that I have collected over the years.
The first collection of images from outside and inside the church are the earliest ones I have and are those published in Stevens book in 1888.
The second collection is some exterior shots taken by my Dad Tony Bevis on 1st August 2008.
The third collection is some interior shots again taken by my Dad
The fourth collection is two postcards & one photograph from my own collection.
Guidebooks
I have also collected a number of church guides over the years, I have scanned them and made them into PDFs that can be viewed and downloaded from the links below.
